Toran Cart is a brand of Choudhary Gota Store, House no 1, Behind Chaturvedi Hardware Store, Near Narnaul Bus Stand Singhana, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333516, India.

Our torans are handmade, so small differences in colour, size and finish from the photos are normal and are not a defect.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Write to us at support@torancart.com or call +91 91768 16800 with your order number. We refund the full amount.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• We never charge a cancellation fee.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery PIN code cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund the full amount.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, broken, defective or different from what you ordered.
• Send your order number with clear photos of the item and the package. An unboxing video helps us settle claims quickly, especially for torans with beads or mirrors.
• We will send a free replacement, or refund the full amount including delivery charges if a replacement is not possible. You do not pay any return shipping in these cases.

Returns for other reasons

Because our torans are handmade and fragile, we accept returns only for damaged, defective or wrong items, as described above. We cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
