Toran Cart ships across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on the site include taxes.
Payment
We accept online payment (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas can take longer.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- During festivals such as Diwali, couriers are busy and delivery can take a few days longer.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and the tracking number.
If delivery fails
- The courier usually tries to deliver more than once and may call you, so please keep your phone reachable.
- If the parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we will contact you. We can send it again for the delivery charge, or refund the price of the products.
Damaged parcels
If the outer package looks damaged when it arrives, please take photos and tell us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
