These terms apply when you use https://torancart.com ("the website") or buy from Toran Cart.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Choudhary Gota Store, House no 1, Behind Chaturvedi Hardware Store, Near Narnaul Bus Stand Singhana, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333516, India ("Toran Cart", "we", "us"). Contact: support@torancart.com.

2. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian.
Do not misuse the website: no fraud, no attempts to break its security, and no copying of our photos or text without permission.
If you create an account, keep access to your email safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

3. Products and prices

Our torans are handmade. Colours, sizes and finishes can differ slightly from the photos and from one piece to the next.
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
We try to keep prices and stock correct. If a price is clearly wrong, or an item is out of stock, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order in the cases listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.
Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
